Support Systems

There are an infinite amount of resources to support us. Support comes in the form of people that remind us of who we are, places that feel just right, or practices that shift our experience of ourselves. Below are just the tip of the ice burg.

SUPPORT SYSTEM
Identify your support system. This is helpful to do before you find yourself presented with a challenge. Here are some places to start: Family, friends, nature, exercise, music, journal, collage, go for a walk, sing, walk a labyrinth…

COLLAGE
Create a collage that will inspire you when the going gets tough. Hopefully this will help you remember why you are in this program and who you want to support when this is complete.
