Sessions

Holly Strelow Counseling is a general private practice serving clients across the lifespan. Holly has advanced training in couples and individual work. The preferred methods of treatment are: Internal Family Systems, Intimacy from the Inside Out, Somatic Experiencing, and creative therapy.

Individual counseling
Relationship counseling
Intensive sessions (3, 6 or 8 hours)

Fees

50 min session: $175
90 min session: $350
Intensive sessions are priced by services offered

Services are private pay, no insurance is accepted. However, a superbill is provided monthly for clients to submit for potential out of network benefits.

Holly is committed to offering five spaces for low cost, no cost services. These are generally full, but please feel free to inquire about availability.

Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel our meeting time, please inform me via phone, text, or email within 2 days of our scheduled time to respect both of our time and our relationship. If you cannot attend our scheduled appointment for whatever reason with less than 2 days notice, you will be charged for the session, and a session via phone or video conference at our originally scheduled time will be available for you.
