Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment by shifting awareness to what is happening both within and around you. Jon Kabat-Zinn described it as, "Minfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.” Mindfulness is supportive of the whole body.
